Customers are advised to verify purchase details before completing payment. A valid purchase receipt should be retained for future reference.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original  condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• Original bill/receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
• Innerwear, customized, altered, clearance-sale, or  hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Any price difference shall be adjusted at the time of  exchange.
• Exchanges must be processed at the same store where the original purchase was made.
• Store management reserves the right to inspect products  before approving exchanges.

6. Promotional Offers & Discounts

• Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period.
• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless  explicitly stated.
• NeoMo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or  withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Offer availability may vary by store location.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, images, content, text, graphics, and software associated with NeoMo are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of NeoMo.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeoMo shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential   damages.
• Losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable  control.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product  descriptions or pricing.
• Temporary website unavailability, technical issues, or  system interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoMo, its directors, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

NeoMo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
